Timing varies by service: simple cuts and shampoos typically take 30–45 minutes; deep conditioning or hair spa 45–60 minutes; full color or highlights can take 1.5–3 hours depending on complexity. We provide estimated durations when booking.
Arrive with hair dry and detangled unless your service includes a shampoo. Bring reference photos and note recent color or treatments. Avoid heavy product buildup; disclose allergies or sensitivities so we can select appropriate products and ensure the best outcome.
We recommend a 48-hour patch test for chemical colors and some toners to screen for allergic reactions. Henna may also require testing in rare cases. Patch tests help ensure safety and are required for first-time color clients.
Use recommended professional shampoos, conditioners, and a weekly deep mask to preserve color and moisture. Limit heat styling, apply heat protectant, and schedule regular trims and touch-ups to maintain shape, tone, and hair health between salon visits.
Henna and chemical dyes generally shouldn't be mixed because henna binds to hair and can produce unpredictable color with chemicals. Tell us about any previous henna; we'll assess your hair and recommend safe alternatives or waiting periods before coloring.
